FAQ

Can I have more than one Skin Five treatment done at a time?

Most definitely, yes; we’ve specifically designed our treatments to be compatible with one another. Most popular of all is the “Big Picture”, a winning combination of The Refresher, The Infuser, The Spotless and The Uplifter that work together to give you clearer, firmer, smoother skin, all in one time-savvy appointment.

What is the advantage of buying treatment packages?

First off, it’s more economical for you. From a process standpoint, we’ve purposely developed Skin Five treatments so that they require little to no downtime. (Harsher treatments may deliver greater results in the short run but their downside is the downtime.) In contrast, these milder treatments work cumulatively, that is, their results are progressive over time. In fact, some treatments such as The Spotless and The Uplifter are most effective as series because each treatment build off of the previous, piggybacking onto the skin’s natural regeneration process.

Do you treat acne?

Yes. For slightly clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads, pre-period blemishes and moderate breakouts, our “Acne Trio” package (a combination of The Refresher, The Infuser and The Spotless) exfoliates and deep cleans the pores. The Refresher exfoliating treatment can also be tailored to you and is an excellent way to help maintain skin clarity. However, active inflammatory acne is a medical condition that may require an aggressive combination of treatments, including topical and oral drugs, to get under control. Cyst injections, which utilize cortisone, typically help clear blemishes within 48 hours, though they sometimes require multiple treatments.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour notification policy for rescheduling or cancellations. Otherwise the cancellation fee is $100. For The Big Picture & Acne Trio, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation of the equipment and will be subtracted from the final treatment fee.

What skin types or conditions are not recommended for The Lineless?

The Lineless injections can be safely performed on any skin type. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How does The Spotless laser treatment work?

The Spotless is a non-invasive infrared laser that gently heats the skin’s connective tissue beneath the surface. In response, the skin creates new collagen creating smoother texture, fewer fine lines, more even pigmentation and increased elasticity.

What skin types or conditions are not recommended for CoolSculpting?

The CoolSculpting procedure is not for everyone. You should not have the CoolSculpting procedure if you suffer from cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, Raynaud’s Disease or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria. It also should not be administered in an area where a hernia exists. The CoolSculpting procedure is not a treatment for obesity.
